Stress Lowering Chocolate

The aim of this project was to create a stress reducing chocolate to launch into the market. By investigating potential stress lowering complementary medicine functional ingredients. their effectiveness in aiding improved mood, and their organoleptic properties for suitability of blending with chocolate ingredients.

The challenge for this project was to create a chocolate that was to proven aid cognitive function. By the use of complementary medicine functional ingredients, their effectiveness in aiding improved cognitive function, and their organoleptic properties for suitability of blending with chocolate ingredients.

This project was combining complementary medicines with a 'no sugar' naturally sweetened, dairy free couverture chocolate, that is clinically proven to assist with weight loss.
